Ok, i'll play too! My avatar is some concept art of the main character from the graphic novel i've finally started working on. It's a concept that has it's roots in my years as a 2nd grader, became reimagined as a comic strip (and then put on the back burner) in high school, was reignited in 2004 wh...

Finally made it a point to DVR two episodes and sat down to watch them this morning...HOLY COW! I honestly wasn't expecting much of anything and i was really impressed! I've always been a DC guy and haven't read much Marvel, but i'm a fan of the Raimi movies and i have a good friend who's filled me ...

I totally agree, George. BTAS hit the ground running and it seems that the whole thing was an anomaly of science!

I'm hoping the Saturdays becomes the show i want it to be, but until then i'll just keep enjoying Flapjack and Chowder (my 2 guilty tv pleasures!)

Dude, totally...that's like the one major thing they continue to overlook is that the property completely lends itself to a more mature audience. Who knows if they'll ever figger that one out...

Ok, i've been wanting to bring this up for a while now so here goes: I don't know about anyone here, but i'm a pretty big Ninja Turtles fan...have been since the 80s when I saw their comic books and wasn't allowed to have any. (recently i managed to pick up a few gems at a comic-con) Like most peopl...

Alright, so i just finished watching this past week's episode and I can honestly say that THIS was the episode i've been waiting for! They finally started to incorporate the awesome villain that is V.V. Argost. The story was good, the creatures and characters were exactly the kinds of things they sh...

You're right about how underused he was. As i recall he had a very mechanical sounding voice (i assume he's a robot?). If memory serves, he attempted to fight off The Android and got a whuppin'...but then again, so did everyone else. i don't know much about him since my DC comic reading was more or ...

Well, if that is true, i now feel less bad about neglecting to take a photo of it!!

...still, that was indeed an excellent looking car! I found myself wanting to get behind the wheel, especially as they drove it out of the convention center.

This will be the first time that Red Tornado and (a) Blue Beetle will be animated. As to my favorite Batman, it's still the 1992-1995 Batman animated series with Batman: Mask of the Phantasm still being my favorite all-time Batman movie, animated OR live-action. I didn't like the 1997-1999 Batman a...

P.S. -- I did get to see one of the replica Batmobiles at a comic con this weekend. It was one of the '66 replica TV models. If anything, the car design looks even better in person. I'm not much of a car person beyond liking sleek, aerodynamic designs and an engine over 100hp, but man was that ride...

Ahh yes...i completely forgot about "The Batman", 'prolly cuz i really didn't bother to watch it more than a few times. As for the Joker redesign, Daniel, that was one of the changes that eventually grew on me, but i completely agree that the version that ended up in the "Return of the Joker" and Ju...

Are you referring to the Batman/Superman series? I wasn't a fan at first but certain characters really grew on me and others i found to be an improvement on the original Batman TAS. For example, the noose-around-the-neck Scarecrow was quite possibly one of the best changes, IMHO. Penguin on the othe...

" Not that they can't re-invent the wheel...but i vaguely remember a VERY similar plot from a Justice League episode...anybody? Back me up on this one? on the other ...
