They can't have been big fans then... the Doctor's phone booth Tardis is BLUE!! I was just about to point that out too! As more and more sci-fi shows (like Trek: TNG, Babylon 5 and the like) came along, Dr Who began to look very old and very cheap (some will tell you that was part of its cha...

Oh, dang. :( Well, I guess it's hard to take a movie seriously after the last version had THE WORST dialouge I've ever heard. "Listen to your baby...be a good mother!" (Kill your son to get rid of the evil spirit. When did this become "the Excorcist"?) Thanks a lot Mr. Nakata, for screwing up your o...

http://www.animationnation.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=011285 not bad, not bad. Definately a move forward from Chicken Little. No pixar yet, but not bad... But uhm... didn't Jim Hill recently report that John Lasseter wanted to re-structure and re-shape the movie entirely, get rid of ...

Also some of these critics are so dumb and arbitrary that they actually say that the film is "inferior to the delightful Madagascar" or trying to rip off Madagacar, when in actuality those same critics called Madagascar a failure when it came out. They'll do ANYTHING to sound smart.

As to the reviews, keep in mind that most critics (MOST, not all) don't know much more about films than you or me. I doubt any of them have any experience in the medium or even majored in film at college. Their reviews are based on, by and large, media "buzz" they hear, rumors, internet blogs, etc, ...

Yes: The books fall into three categories: Target novelizations, based on actual shows that were televized. (published since the late 70s I think) New Adventures, original novels of Dr. Who fiction (often by former Dr. Who scriptwriters) Missing Adventures: These are not the Target books of episodes...

The Ring 3

Is there any chance of another Ring movie being produced? I think way back when they were planning for another sequel. What happened? I thought the 2nd movie stunk, but I loved the first. If Gore Verbinski takes a break from directing Pirates of the Carribean and comes back, I would be soooo happy! ...

Dr. Who

I know that this isn't exactly animation but at one time people thought it might be produced as an animated show. Has anyone here ever seen it? It's a British sci-fi show that ran for thirty years in England and has only recently been updated with new episodes. (I haven't seen them) I was a big fan ...

I want Season 7! :P I love the episode with Michael Jackson "No, you're ignorant!" and the one with J. Lo!!!! :D Also I wanted to add that in the Family Guy ep Kyle also represented Matt and Trey, Kyle believes in free speech and won't let Cartman destroy Family Guy. Both Cartman and Kyle present a ...

I wonder, Vi... have you seen "Down With Love". I think you'd get a BIG kick out of it. Thanks Ben! :) I've actually seen most of it on HBO, it's pretty funny and I loved Ewan. David Hyde Pierce was hilarious. Very true to those old romantic comedies. ...And it's also yet another film that scared t...

Now that I know more about the plot of the Wild I'm really excited over it. It sounds very cute and fun! But I am so mad at that guy from the Hollywood Reporter. Like most critics, he knows nothing about animation and tries to pass himself off as an expert. "Re-make of Madagascar"???? Is this guy re...
