Re: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

I'm still about and doing good. Just preoccupied. Mainly making up for all the lost time last month. Went to Wal-Mart for the first time since this whole pandemic started. Felt weird. Even with a mask I was nervous and slightly paranoid.

Re: Scooby-Doo! Theatrical animated movie just announced

I'm somewhat disheartened Scoob is going straight to streaming. Yeah, the voices stink, and the characters are all over the place, it just would've been nice to have a cartoony Scooby movie on the big screen. Now with this decision, all that hoopla to get bigger names was for nothing.

Re: Mulan (Live-action remake)

One of the most important roles on a film of this scale (or any film really) is the Production Designer. Grant Major and I had worked together a number of times before and I really value his eye, his taste, his huge vision, and his gentle manner. Under his direction a team of concept artists starte...

Re: Disney's Hercules (Live-Action)

I can still vividly remember the Disney Store all decked for the film. The décor and merchandise. The tie-in campaign with McDonald's was also great. The toys were cute and the plates were beautiful. Plus, the triple cheeseburger was introduced to coincide with the film. I remember so well because w...

Re: Disney's Frozen

I enjoyed the series. Cute for what it was. Wish there were more hand drawn shorts, though. So expressive and cartoony!

Re: Mulan (Live-action remake)

Ming-Na Wen, the original voice of Mulan, reads "A Place for Mulan" a tie-in storybook to the live-action movie:

Like how she gets into the roles. Cute story.
