There are plenty of ways to shoot the next groundbreaking 3D masterpiece, and for those with considerable bankrolls Panasonic's P2 is a good choice -- but, at $21,000, forgive us for looking for inexpensive alternatives...

Neat! I'll have to dig around for a pair of 3-D glasses so I can see how successful the technology is. Also, I find it kind of hilarious that they chose to film parakeets with the cameras, of all things.
Reminds me of a few years ago when, as a kid, I started trying to make 3-D drawings by trying to overlap two drawings done with a blue and red pencil. It was a fun experiment.
