I haven't seen the first one but I think it totally rips off that scene from Tommy Boy when the deer carcus in their car comes to life and trashes it.... :roll:

Tommy Boy starred Chris Farley and David Spade who were attempting to sell car parts to help his father's factory from being taken over by Dan Ankroyd. (I just used their real names to explain this. LOL) Anyway, Chris's dad passes away after getting married, and Chris takes over the business. He isn't aware that his new mom and brother are plotting against him. It's one of my favorite comedies.
