You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

Awfully early to have a trailer for a movie that doesn't open in November. That probably explains why there isn't any actual footage from the film here.

Trailer even worse than teaser. If that's possible. :?

So sad that truly classic DWA films will now get associated with this junk when discussing the DWA legacy. Ugh.

No, they'll be remembered for Turbo, LONG after Turbo has been forgotten...

Very possibly. (Or, just to rib-nudge all those 9-yo. fans of "The Graduate" in the audience.)

And, oh, you meant the strange musical numbers--At first, I thought you meant, "Is this the utterly, jawdroppingly bizarre entry that's doomed to crash at the studio?", and that's another good question.
I sat through that full trailer at the last showing of BFG, and just how MANY scenes in the trailer alone did we get of characters comically panicking and crapping themselves? One, I expected, but...

Even the poster suggests the story will be the same second-generation DW-wannabe "They don't like us, 'cause we're not perfect!" picked-on-freak-flag theme we not only got from Trolls, but also from Sony's Emoji Movie.

In case you've ever wondered all these years, folks, THIS is one of the reasons I hate DW.
There's a whole genre of CGI films I've passed off as "Beware, this is what can happen to you, too, if you liked Shrek all those years ago."

(And if you've read to this point, Dace, yes, I DO know "Ha, it's not DW, so there! "
Which is why I expect STX's "Summer release" is more likely to be the annual end-of-April cannon-fodder, as per tradition.)
