Some people play chess, some people play Monopoly. 8)
One involves abstract strategy, the other involves real-time financial survival, and profiting off other players' greed.

Anyway, "Again" is the keyword--They tried floating this one back when they thought Clue was a "game movie", and then again when Hasbro thought Battleship was going to be their gateway to a Candyland movie.
And it looks like Mattel's momentary pink hubris has inherited all those 10s pre-Battleship boardgames movies that weren't sold off...Yes, they're even talking about a real Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots movie, without Hugh Jackman this time.
