"Hoodwinked 2: Hood Vs. Evil"

Post by Dacey » February 24th, 2008, 11:39 am

Comingsoon.net provided some news about "Hoodwinked 2" (a movie that we haven't heard anything about for quite some time) today:

Anne Hathaway is not returning. :(

I was thinking that would be a shame, but Hayden could more than make up for it.

Hoodwinked was one of those films that really surprised us...I'm thinking that a second one could be even more fun and self-assured.

Definately looking forward to this. One small issue, though. I can see Hayden Whatsername taking over for Red, but Martin Short as The Woodsman? He's a funny guy but his voice sounds nothing like Jim Belushi's. IIRC, Belushi's voice is deeper and Short's is usually higher pitched, so how's that gonna work?

I guess Jim Belushi is in great demand again after Underdog and K9-111111111111...

The first one wasn't that great (the poor animation and it's seems to take too much things from Shrek) but still, what's the sequel is about? :).

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...! :(

I hate, hate when this happens. Ugh! Well, Hayden does have a good voice, and I do like her, but I know it's going to urk me. Same for the Woodsman. :(

Martin Short doesn't even sound much like him...

I thought this was a joke, but what the heck is the story about anyways for the sequel?
