The Cat in the Hat Knows all About That (Sept. 6)

Everybody's favorite literary cat, The Cat in the Hat, returns as a PBS Kids show on Labor Day 2010. The show, entitled, "The Cat in the Hat Knows all About That", will find The Cat in the Hat (voiced by Martin Short) teaching Sally and Nick about science as they travel. You can read more here:

After the enormously cute Curious George, this sounds pretty sweet as well, even if it will hopefully retain a healthy injection of Seuss's sardonic wit.

PBS needs to revive Carmen Sandiego. Everything I know about geography I learned from that show.

I agree with you 100% eddievaliant, but I learned my geography (as well as math, word, and history skills) from the Carmen Sandiego games more than the TV show. I wish they made more CS games, because all the ones I own now don't work on Vista.
