Funny, this is actually the second Pixar film I've missed in theatures. (Cars was the first)

Well, saw it today and all I can say is....wow! This is one amazing film, the graphics, the story, the characters, all were fantastic! I consider this to be one of Pixar's best, probably my 2nd favorite after Finding Nemo. Pixar can do no wrong!

One of my favorite Pixar,it's a deep and beautiful movie,unlike The Reef and more.

I saw the trailer and a few clips and that was too much.
Yeah,i havn't seen it but seeing it just to know how bad is it isn't really much.

Well,i did but those reviews arn't what i think (i think Enchanted Tale is good and the review said it's bad,the review said that The Reef is good i think it's bad).

And back to Ratitouille...

Not much to say after 72 pages, but this one is definitely my favorite pixar and the best US animated film I've seen in a long time. Of course, Pixar has just been on a non-stop roll (well, can't quite say that coz I haven't seen Cars yet.) Toy Story 2, Monsters, Nemo and The Incredibles were all 9/10 or 10/10 efforts in my book.

Where Ratitouille eclipsed them all in my mind was that it seemed to genuinely be of the stuff that good ol' children lit comes from. That is, if Toy Story, Monsters Inc. and Nemo are expanded picture book fare (and I think they are--if made into books they'd not be too substantial) and The Incredibles is basically a comic book, Ratitouille falls into the same territory as things like Cleary's Mouse and the Motorcycle, etc. To be honest, too many animated films are aimed at a 5 year old audience with enough flex to allow for everyone else. Ratatouille was aimed at about 8-11 I'd say, with flex for everyone else. How refreshing that difference feels!
