My favorite Disney cartoon when i was little was (I think) Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers and Ducktales. Both were pretty cool. Watching them now they aren't that bad. Still enjoyable. ^.^

I loved the intro to Darkwing Duck (even though I didn't like the show that much) and I have a new love for the opening title to the Gummy Bears. The reason is I found this Rockapella version. (I know I'm such a loser but it's cool).

This is a link to the Rockapella version of the song set to the actual footage from the begining.

The thing about Darkwing Duck, that I never really paid attention to until I got the boxset, is that the show had two different types of stories. On the one hand you had the superhero tales which were usually pretty good (especially anything that featured Dan Castellaneta as Megavolt). On the other hand you had the sitcom episodes that ranged from mediocre to just plain awful, with a few surprisingly good ones tossed in just to keep you on your toes. Overall the show was enjoyable, but if all you happened to see of it was the sitcom (which I imagine might be the case) then I can see why it would leave a bad taste in your mouth. Oh well. At least they followed it up with Goof Troop, an actual sitcom that was designed as such. We need a boxset of that one, dagnabbit!

I figured it wasn't that bad, when I was little it just didn't appeal to me. Now I guess I watched two bad episodes in a row. I'm going to give it another chance though. ^.~

Darkwing Duck was okay, but I really didn't like Goof Troop. After all the great Disney Afternoon series (Gummi Bears, DuckTales, Rescue Rangers, and Tale Spin) there was just nothing memorable about any of the Goof Troop episodes.

"Remember that one where Goofy and Max..." What? What did they ever do that was memorable?

(Of course, I'm such a Disney dweeb that if they do put the series on DVD, I'll still buy it.)

Do the reindeer dance? ;) Thought that was pretty memorable... Or was it the reindeer rumba?

Not Disney exactly. It was produced by DIC Entertainment while Disney had some ownership (which they got as part of the ABC purchase). Sabrina was part of Disney's One Too, their weekday spin-off of One Saturday Morning, but the show wasn't produced by Disney, per se.

I don't think so. You don't really need a license if you're not producing the show. If anyone, I'm pretty sure DIC would have had the license.

The tv series dealt with Sabrina as a pre-teen cartoongirl. The show was different from the original tv show (which I loved). She had two aunts but they were very different than the ones in the tv show and the movie, and she had salem the cat but his character was also slightly different, and yes harvey was there too. It was a version of Sabrina aimed at a younger audience basically. I don't remember much, I just didn't like it as much as the original.

I generally like most of Disney's cartoon series. Scratch that, I actually despise most of the newer ones, but here's the list of favorites, anyway:

Aladdin
Goof Troop
Pepper Ann
Kim Possible
The Emperor's New School
DuckTales
The Adventures of the Gummi Bears
The Wuzzles
Chip N' Dale: Rescue Rangers
House of Mouse
TaleSpin
Jungle Cubs
