Marvel Comics Cosplay Covers

A couple days ago, Marvel announced that, as part of the All New, All Different era of their books launching in a few weeks, there will be a unique set of variant covers for the opening issues to most of the titles. The unique variant covers being that of cosplayers dressed as a particular character of the book.

Wow...lots of bitchin' in the feedback comments but I really like these...what a neat way to get dedicated fans involved in their favorite characters and make the front of a real issue!

I am particularly liking Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Guardians Of The Galaxy and Nova, probably by favorite. Neat idea though, and fair play to them!

I imagine the negativity of those comments is because they're just jealous.

I think this is a neat idea. My friend knows a couple of folks who made the covers (the girl cosplaying as Wasp and the guy cosplaying as Ant-Man) and they're really excited.

I think it's an awesome way to celebrate the fans as well as the comics. These are top cosplayers, who regularly promote Marvel, so it's a great tip of the hat to them.

I think Spidey, Ms. Marvel and Gamora in particular look quite good!
