That's Wise Old Owl from So Dear to My Heart.

(I made my own soundtrack for most of Disney's features from the 40's. I ran my VCR through my stereo and recorded the songs on an audiocassette. There's a lot of classic stuff that no one's ever heard of.)

It's the Wise Old Owl from So Dear to My Heart.

(A long time ago I made my own soundtrack to this movie by running my VCR through my stereo and recording the songs on an audio casette. Pretty primitive, but I still remember a lot of those old songs to this day.)
