Re: Disney's The Little Mermaid (Live-Action)

So last night I went to this think called Musical Bingo cause the theme for the night was Disney. Anyway at one stage in the game Under The Sea popped up which made me think of Shaggy's performance and then my memory kicked in and made me remember that Shaggy had already recorded a version of Under ...

Re: Disney's Frozen

I feel they are hoping for Into The Unknown to repeat Let It Go's success but really when the Chorus is just repeating the title over and over and over. Although I'm so out of touch with what is considered quality music these days I will probably regret this post come mid-December.

Re: Disney's The Little Mermaid (Live-Action)

I've watched the online clips and I must say that no one can perform Poor Unfortunate Souls like Pat Carrol. All the cover versions I've watched on YouTube and heard on CD do not compare. They all seem to want to 'sing' the acting parts and Queen Latifah was no different. She wasn't bad it was just ...

Re: Disney's Frozen

I'm getting very concerned that the songs will be very substandard. I could have sworn by now we had the movie version of Let It Go circulating on YouTube to pump us all up for the movie. But we've all got snippets of in movie songs. And then over the weekend we got Panic! At The Disco's version of ...

Re: The Lion King Remake

This trailer may help prepare you for the movie. It sure has helped me make my decision on if I need to desperately ee this before Christmas

Re: Avengers and the MCU

I'm happy if moving towards Cassie becoming Stature means I get my desired Young Avengers movie. The Captain Marvel movie helped set up Hulkling's background for the mainstream audience. All they need to do is somehow set up Wiccan and Speed unless they decide to ditch their parental origins.

Re: Disney's Frozen

Redemption I demand redemption. It 20 years time when Frozen gets a live action remake I demand they fix that ridiculous nonsensical twist. I hope also Han isn't treated like a cheap joke as he was in Frozen Fever and hopefully he is in it for more than half a second. But glad to hear that we will b...

Re: Official Star Wars Thread

I'm a cinematic Star Wars fan so even after the bad taste of Last Jedi and the boredom of Solo I was still seeing the final episode. And I'll admit I'm still hesitant that they can pull off a satisfying conclusion, but the trailer gives me hope. Although I'm not sure I am ready to say goodbye to the...

Re: Disney's Frozen

Based upon the UK trailer and my sneak peak of the books in the shops I have a feeling the ending of the movie is going to be a bit divisive. Some people will be excited about what the ending means, while others may be wondering what the point was. I'm assuming of course that the books actually end ...

Re: Disney’s Jungle Cruise

I wasn't thinking The Mummy until she mentioned she had a brother and then I couldn't get the thought out of my mind. I thought this was coming out at Christmas but it seems I have to wait a lot longer dang it. I'd rather this was released before Frozen II to be honest.

Re: Disney’s Jungle Cruise

This looks like a lot of fun even if it seems they stole characters from The Mummy for the main characters.

Re: Disney Pixar's Onward

I'm the opposite Daniel, that new trailer has just made the movie a must see when it comes out. It has been a while since a trailer made me laugh out loud and this one made me laugh out loud a number of times. I'm realistic and know it won't be a laugh a minute but I can also see there is gonna be a...

Re: Disney's Frozen

Hmmm, still not sold on the songs, maybe hearing them in full and seeing visuals will help. The soundtrack is available for pre-ordering on iTunes. No clips but song titles and who is singing and I must say I am a little disappointed as there are a lot of solo or duets. I miss the days of songs that...

I just wish the first Addams film was available for a physical home purchase in Australia. I can easily get #2, but for some reason #1 is a no show

Re: Disney's Frozen

I hope Hans does return. He is the only Disney villain that I want a redemption story for cause honestly ever after all these years that plot twist still leaves a sour taste in my mouth, and I will die on a hill arguing it wasn't necessary and the movie's climatic ending could still have worked with...
