It was good. A valiant effort by Vanguard at least. Only a couple of pet pieves but I really wish there'd been more character development. Characters seemed to POOF! appear from and disapear into nowhere with no explanation.

Never mind the fact that 1 hour 13 minutes IS 73 minutes LOL! :P

Of course it's about the money - It's Disney. ;)

What I was referring more to though was the animation that came out of there. The reason that it hasn't done as well as it could (IMHO) is that even though the animation was beautiful, the stories weren't, which (IMHO) ruined them.

This is truly sad. I really enjoyed the animation that came out of that studio. The animators there are among Disney's best. It's a shame how there tallent has been severely underused towards the end but it just goes to prove that awesome animation doesn't make a great movie - all the elements must ...

I wouldn't call Pixar dead in the water while The Incredibles is still blowing Shrek 2 out of the water for all animation awards. The fact that Shrek 2 is the all-time top grossing animated feature merely shows that DreamWorks knows how to market. Of course when Disney actually tries you know no one...

Woohoo! Score one for movie-goers. I'm really liking this change of pace in recent years where we're not sacrificing good scenes and quality for a lower rating. Kids can hack more than we give them credit with appropriate supervision. I'm greatful for this return of real family movies - not just mov...

Censorship really bugs me more than anything. I can appreciate most forms of restoration (I can always go back to the original if I liked it better) but this is ludicrous. Anyone else find it odd that we blame today's highly scrutinized and edited films for corrupting the youth but going back to the...

In all honesty, I'm willing to bet that Pixar and Disney stay together. I'll eat my Incredibles movie poster and send you all the video if they don't. I think both companies know it's just jockying to see who will get better terms in the deal. As for what Pixar has coming down the pipeline - besides...
