Curse my dialup! *throws something* For those of you who don't know, I'm a HUGE Ninja Turtles fan, and I've been waiting for this to finally come out. I wasn't too impressed with a lot of the promo images, and neither were a lot of the other fans. But I was just over a a TMNT forum and everybody is ...

And according to the bumper sticker on the van, he has a nice one. XD Ah yes, Pixar loves their butte jokes... :P Saw this again today. So happy. *sigh* And about the cover... yeah, Lightning's eyes are wonky. I think it's 'cos his pupils look a bit too small. I think it would have been awesome if ...

BTW Meg, you'll soon have more reasons to despise Pokémon because there will be a new batch of them in the upcoming games. Nooooo! I'm fine with the original Pokemon because the original game is fun. (The cartoon was bleh but mildly entertaining.) But I maintain that there are still only 150 and th...

So far, it's looking like it's going to be between Cars and Over the Hedge. (I didn't see Ice Age 2, so I won't make stuff up or just spout hearsay ;)) The rest look all right , but nothing too spectacular yet. As for Cars and Over the Hedge: They're both good movies, both awesome visually (the West...

As far as HP5 (Order of the Phoenix) is concerned... I honestly think they should only have minimal trouble cutting it down for film. Too much pointless social drama, I thought. Especially the bit where Harry's trying to be a boyfriend but failing miserably. Things the movie must have to be w...

I dunno... maybe for three-hour movies, but I think you lose the effect of your "normal" movie (<2 hours) if you break off in the middle. It's like watching a movie on TV... the commercials break it up and it's irritating. But then again, I don't think I've ever even considered that a movie could po...

I'm one. *shame* I actually liked Lion King 2 better than 1.5... mostly because of story potential (realized or not :P). 1.5 was great at the beginning, with Timon's backstory. After that, when they started trying to stick T&P into every scene from the first Lion King... and with no sense of timelin...

Ooh... not Pixar sequels in 2D. *wince* Mostly because it would be so jarring to see a previously 3D character thrown into a completely 2D world. But if done well... I wouldn't mind Pixar doing 2D, but perhaps the better way would be to send people (who want to try their hand at/return to 2D) to WDF...

Yes!! Our minivan is red! *glee*

Now I definitely need to hunt for one of these. I was talking about how great these would be with my family, too. :D

I'd be terrified that they'd mess it up, though... :S

But if done right, that could be awesome.

As for Little Mermaid... 0.5? I'll give it a chance, but I'm a bit skeptical.

PixarVixen wrote:Yes, it's Youngstown, Ohio. What other Youngstown is there? I'm curious.

None that I know of. But you never know. ;)

Hmm... a kids' room... so kinda like a miniature daycare right in the theater? That could probably work for some people.

And it doesn't help that we're located near downtown Youngstown. That gives you an idea of the kind of kids we usually get. Would that be the Ohio Youngstown? *ponders* I guess I'd never been up that way, but I'll take your word for it. We have a nice Marcus theater near us... it's the dollar theat...

Story error, eh? Hmm... that very well could be. I don't imagine they did car releases like they do nowadays (for example, the 2007 models will begin selling soon, if they haven't already). If they did, there wouldn't necessarily be a problem, because then Doc could have been in the 1950 racing seas...

Bahahaha! Grover the rat! It's the lip, I swear! ;)

I suppose I don't mind the rattish rats because my sister owns a mouse. It's cute... and rats are basically huge mice. Wouldn't want one living in my house or anything, but they're fuzzy. And the Pixar rats are cute, at least.
