Hey Delf neat Sacred Seven avatar! :) Ed Catmull's missing though, isn't he? Thanks, I'm quite proud of it. :) Although it's more of "four directors, eternal co-director Lee Unkrich, and Joe Ranft" than "Sacred Seven." Even if it weren't for the fact that it's only six. Brandon's got his Hol...

Yes, I will back Brandon up on the Pizza Planet truck's non-existence in The Incredibles, even if I am a bit late to do so. Been through every scene in the movie that has cars in it multiple times in as close to frame-by-frame as my DVD-playing program will let me (as our DVD player is a piece of cr...

Did anyone know that Guido is voiced by a Pixar crew member who is also named Guido? I think that's cool. It's so neat how the creators can interact with their work. ~~=oP Yeah; I was watching disc 2 of Monsters, Inc. this morning, just for the heck of it, and they've actually got Guido Quaroni tal...

PixarVixen wrote:Jonathan Harris (voice of Manny) was the voice of Geri the toy cleaner in Toy Story 2. R.I.P., Jonathan.
Although Bob Peterson was the voice of Geri in the actual short. :D

I know that Pixar will frequently use actors in more than one film, but I've noticed that the number of people who provided a voice in both Cars and A Bug's Life is surprisingly high. Bonnie Hunt: Sally, Rosie John Ratzenberger: Mack, P.T. Flea Joe Ranft: Red & Peterbilt truck, Heimlich Edie McClurg...

Two quotes is not "large."

Now, if you'd complained about staying on-topic...

So... who voices Principal John Walker? [/pathetic attempt at being on-topic]

"You authorized payment on the Walker policy?!" Wait a sec, something just struck me... Might this "Walker" be the same John Walker of Dash's-principal fame? :o And if so, was it by any chance super-villain-in-disguise Bernie Kropp, out of dislike for his employer because of always siding with Dash...

Ahh, yeah, I noticed that one, too, I just didn't remember it until you mentioned it. D'oh! Well... seeing as this thread is (supposedly) about "One Man Band," one of the things that I enjoyed the most was the surround sound. Even though it's not really all that special or anything, it still made th...

Hey, Brandon (I guess I'll be calling you that now, no?)! :D Wanting to ask you what had happened was actually one of the things that reminded me of this site. I can understand whole families or other large groups sharing one popcorn bucket, but I think it wouldn't hurt the cinemas to offer smaller ...

I dunno... maybe for three-hour movies, but I think you lose the effect of your "normal" movie (<2 hours) if you break off in the middle. It's like watching a movie on TV... the commercials break it up and it's irritating. But then again, I don't think I've ever even considered that a movie could p...

Potter Potter Potter!

I find many of the Badger Badger Badger spoofs to be just as funny as the original. This is one of the few that I've found that wasn't made by the same person who made the original, though.

I agree with Macaluso that "Boundin'" was my least-favorite Pixar short. I guess I just prefer their usual no-voice-whatsoever style. My personal favorite shorts would be "Geri's Game" and "For The Birds." "Cars Ride Again" on the way, me thinks... :) I haven't gotten a chance to rent it yet, althou...
