That was kinda sad :( people losing their jobs. But what can you expect in the entertainment industry. Its good to hear about Ed though, more business people need to be more upfront and not beat around the Bush cough*Eisner*cough. That's shows a lot on his part :)

Like SV said, I really wouldn't want that to happen as well. If DW does go south lets hope for another Disney merg  BTW, I'm a huge Nick fan (I know shocking ) Though I haven't see Barnyard, but since you seem to like it, I'm sure ill love it :) And for those examples, I completly agree ...

Of course, Pixar used to be considered the underdog, but as we all know, that's changed radically. :? You said it used to be :) Thankfully its now considered one of the best. Who knows maybe Pixar will win, third times the charm  Though if Pixar doesn't win, their a shoe in for best an...

Personally, I think Over the Hedge has a much better chance. Yes, not as many people saw it as Cars, but as Barrier's column said in the other thread, that film has its own problems.  I haven't seen either but I agree, Over The Hedge seems the likely candidate to win. I only say this b...

No, she just threw her own voice so that she wouldn't sound just like Ursula. I doubt that Disney did anything to alter it. ^^ oh that's what I was meaning to get across :), Disney asked for her to sound different, and boy was it different. Does anyone think Ursula will be in the prequel? That woul...

Like Mickey said, if anyone does Peters voice it just has to be Blane Weaver, he's the perfect voice :). And that's interesting Wendy's Jane, maybe Jackman will be in this film after all. We'll find out soon, whether or not its true.

Not to worry. ;) However, I actually kinda like "Little Mermaid II". It has its flaws, but I think it's a cute movie overall. Aww thanks :) And I really want to love Little Mermaid II, but I can't stand Morgana! She was annoying and very unatractive . And Im also aware its the same voice actor as U...

You know, I've been thinking about the "Little Mermaid III" clip, and I've been wondering if its even finished. This movie has no release date as far as I know, yet they show us this "Complete" film clip that has animation that just doesn't look right somehow. That's what I was thinkink as well :D ...

I would answer the same way SV. Its great he was able to be a part of the making of feature, what a great easter egg for those who know the drama. Now I'm definetly going to check out that making of feature

Could this be a sign of things to come? I really hope so :)

Good find Mickey  but like you implied, some are a few fartfethed. Hugh Jackman? I don't think this is true, why would he be in a kiddie movie. And what's with Jese Macharteny (sp)? What happened to Peters last Va? I loved his voice, because he sounded like the original. Oh well, its most like...
