Pixar trailers

The trailer was SO self-promotional it's sickening: the hillbilly car going: "Ooooh, I would DO ANYTHING to see that picture!"

That might be a reason to worry in itself.

And forget suicide! What about all the death and killing in the film? Why give those a pass?! Don't forget marital infidelity.... (Plus what is apparently an improvement in Mr. Incredible's sex life after he takes the "new job." Of course they only *hint* at it but....) Especially Violet. Sh...

SNL

In SNL they had this HILARIOUS thing when they made fun of Inside the Actors Studio's James Lipton, (Will Ferrell) who was supposadly interviewing some very obscure actor and of course sucking up to him (I forgot which one). The actor apparently did a voice in A Troll in Central Park , and Lipton sa...

I notice you don't argue with Ben even though he repeated material I said. That was only because I thought I'd let the thread go...I didn't see your reply so I thought the discussion was over. You don't have to take it so personally.  Anyway I was considering replying to Ben that origi...

Dinosours/Family Guy similarities

Does anyone remember that show from the early '90's? Dinosours--Jim Henson's creations, like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I think it was a Disney show. (and on ABC, but before Disney bought ABC.) I was just thinking, that show is like, REALLY similar to Family Guy in some ways. Small, obnoxious bab...

I think Robin Williams will be good but he also needs a good plot to add something to his performance. I don't know if anyone here has seen Ferngully: The Last Rainforest, but it's a pretty dismal film. And Robin was in it, (the bat) but it didn't make it any better.

Everyone blames Disney for not making 2D Feature films, but other studios, such as Dreamworks and Pixar, are equally at fault. Yes, Pixar...almighty Pixar. Do you see them making a traditional animation department? No, and not because 'they haven't made the right story,' it's because they too know ...

I take back what I said. There were some nice people on that board who stood up for him and said that the thread was an abusive thing. So I'm sorry about what I said. And I do enjoy reading the threads there. But I think they mostly want people who are in the industry to contribute, which I g...
