also some interesting bits on Rapunzel. I'm more confident each day we'll get a glimpse of the good ole days over the next few years. I mean, heroes, princesses, creepy over-the-top villains, fairytales, Alan friggin' Menken. What's not to love here? I wish I could take a glimpse inside Walt Disney ...

I think it would be wise not to judge the film based on Disney princess marketing material. All the Disney princesses look horribly cheesy and uninteresting. If all I'd seen of Sleeping Beauty were the brightly colored pink images of her on lunchboxes I would have no idea that it has little to nothi...

HA! good one :D I hated both the sequels. I actually thought Shrek the Third was slightly better than Shrek 2 but still a mess. The plot sounds like fun. I hope they recapture the magic of the first film a little bit. The Shrek team needs to take a look at what was done to make Kung Fu Panda so much...

Really? I thought it made Enchanted that much more authentic. The opening music is original, yet it sounds like a lost piece of music from Snow White or Bambi. The way he can switch styles. He's a musical chameleon. And the additional songs he wrote for The Little Mermaid on Broadway are wonderful a...

Horton was nice yes. But did you guys see the same film I saw? They did a horrendous Dreamworks ending where all the characters got together to sing a song. I mean, "I can't fight this feeling anymore"?.... seriously? The whole movie was so beautiful and the ending.. was just awful. why not end it l...

The Reader's BP nod is rediculous. It has won almost nothing among critics choice awards. And why the heck do they nominate Kate Winslet for the wrong movie? At this rate she'll have 50 nods before she wins anything. The three animated films are perfect. Have yet to see Bolt, since it's not out here...
