The 3d effects are not as striking as usual, probably due to it being "retrofitted" on to an older (and non-digital) movie. It mostly just adds some depth. The best thing is just getting to see Nightmare back on the big screen - and with the Disney logo in front as it should have been to begin with....

Bee warned, the video preview doesn't look quite as good. Thankfully it is labeled "Work in Progress" so hopefully the buzz created by the picture will be warranted.

That must have been one awful forecast! ;) Maybe he is better with a script. I've seen him about three times giving an off-the-cuff speech. It was stiff, rambling, repetitive, and kinda embarrassing to watch! What's cool about him though is that even in the bad speeches he comes across as knowledgea...

Bad idea! As great as Iger will be for the company, he is not a very good public speaker.

And let me add, I'm shocked that I like Iger so much. I was worried he was just going to be a Eisner shill but he has really stepped up as an individual - maybe too much so with some of Hollywood.

WTC is very boring. Not at all what I was expecting. Open Season is fun and not nearly as bad as I assumed, but if there is anything you want to see more then just wait. There may be some animation history in it though. With all the potty jokes we've had to sit through for years now, we have apparen...

I was very pleasantly surprised with Martin Lawrence in this film. When I saw he was attached I assumed he would be no good at all. He doesn't seem the voice actor type! I thought he'd bring too much of himself and make it hard to distinguish between him and his character. I was very wrong! His voic...

I didn't watch it (didn't want to spoiler it for myself), but I assumed it was a trailer or something. Is it the full short? If so then yes let's pull the plug.

OMG - I just watched the Over the Hedge DVD and you won't believe what those stuck up people did! During the credits they make Star Trek jokes! Paramount owns Star Trek and owns DW and distributes DW Animation's films! How arrogant! ;)

I think it was overall pretty rare, maybe one reference per pic. There are a lot more per every Pixar film, at least from what I can tell. Hey ShiVi, you ever seen "A Goofy Movie"? Just off the top of my head here are some Disney films with at least more than one reference: two in Hunchback ...

Re: well

Well on the outakes. The reason Pixar did the outakes is because a lot of people weren't sure how the films where made. So they thought they would play with out heads a bit. And it was popular at the end so they continued with it for a bit. They make the credits more interesting anyway. I always as...
