Re: Am I the only one who didn't like Toy Story 3?
No, I wasn't offended. You just seem to have a huge chip on your shoulder from Bolt not winning an academy award, thus your judgement on this (or any Pixar film for that matter) is clouded. But if you really want to have an intelligent discussion on this, I'm game. *cracks knuckles* Okay, let's do t...

Re: Am I the only one who didn't like Toy Story 3?
Eh, I would type up a reply stating exactly why I disagree with most of your statements, but you're obviously too enamored by a film that was simply good, but not great to care. So I'm only going to comment on your issue on the way children were portrayed in both films. Your argument makes NO sense ...

I can't imagine him being pleased by anything made after 1959.

Re: The Secret of NIMH
My God.... That ADGtH cover is seriously ugly. The ADGtH 2 cover looks even worse. Poor Charlie... Somehow his muzzle has become deformed, his cheeks have grown uneven, and his right ear has swollen to twice the size of his left. It's laughable how bad these are.

Re: The NEW Muppet Movie
That... Sounds kinda lame...
And Eric, please don't ever mention that dreadful movie again. I'm still trying to erase my (shameful) memory of watching it by denying the fact that it ever existed in the first place.

Re: AV 2011 Oscar Contest
Yup, that's my pick too. All this talk about Social Network is reminding me of the year everyone was talking about Benjamin Button, which didn't end up being more than just talk.

Re: The Secret of NIMH
Ah, good to hear. I'll likely be picking up ADGtH and Nimh.
Though I couldn't care less about ADGtH 2, considering the fact that I hate that film with a passion.

Re: Tron: Legacy
Ew.... Just... Ew....
It totally looks like a (bad) fanmade cover.
So has the film officially been re-named Tron: The Original Classic?

Re: Cars 2
What really irks me, is the number of so called "animation buffs" who constantly say they are "rooting for Pixar to fail". Seriously, if you're such a huge fan of the medium, then why would you be happy to see ANY major studio fail??? Especially one that's recently set the bar so high for the medium...

Re: Tron: Legacy
Armond White? Nah, I wouldn't really consider Eric to be a troll. I like the looks of the set, but I don't want to pay extra for a useless 3D disc. Sorry, but no 3D in my house unless you can make it happen without the glasses and the headaches. Arg, it seems like even after many of us have f...

No Oscar contest this year?
I'm terrible at it, but I always look forward to guessing anyway.
