Re: The NEW Muppet Movie

I will watch in anticipation and await to be surprised and delighted, but at the moment this feels more than a little laboured and Dave, for the first time, sounds old, slightly bored, and lacking much energy. Well, someone's gotta say it... But, yes, it’s good that things are being done with The Mu...

Re: SPIDEY 4 becomes AMAZING becomes Marvel's SPIDER-MAN

Yes, but 14 years since the last Raimi flick. Still a lot though, with five films and more, but that’s down to Marvel's crazy super-speed of 22 movies in 10 years! It’s taken James Bond well over 50 to get that far! :)

Re: New Disney Streaming Service: Disney+

Haha...exactly my thoughts when I saw that there! Anyone that can get access to Everyone's Hero should check it out as quick as they can, just in case someone realises 20th only distributed it and maybe doesn’t own the outright rights. Shame it never got a Blu, but maybe that’s the reason that didn’...

Re: Rugrats Reboot.

Yep, geolocked, so thanks for the alternate. Can’t say it’s something that I’m going to be jumping to see, though; the whole Rugrats thing came along the wrong time for me so I never got into it, so I can’t really say anything about the voices as I was never the biggest fan, but it looks much better...

Re: Coronavirus (Covid-19)

I seem to be having exactly the same reaction as before. Nothing, and then a "pinch" in my arm as the evening has gone on. I expect I’ll feel like someone has dead-punched my arm all day tomorrow, and then nothing again by Friday. As they say, at least you know something's happening!

Re: Coronavirus (Covid-19)

 (and, no, that’s not for you, this time!) ;) No-one I know has had any reaction to jabba-dabba-two. I’m going myself in a half hour, and everyone says it’s actually less bother than the first one, which did give some people some minor effects — I got a punched arm feel for a the full day afte...

Re: YouTube Goodness

The opening TailSpin and Pooh parts almost sounds like the original vocals with the music tracks faded out! Very good, thick arrangements there.

Re: Disney's Cruella (Live-Action)

Wild One is a little non-subtle and too on the nose, and darn it if the fumes from that flammable material she used to pull that trick would have wafted right through her and passed her out...but that’s one heck of a way to make an entrance! ;)

Re: Coronavirus (Covid-19)

I would wait for Covid jab 2 before going near a flu booster. They don’t hand the flu out here in the UK until nearer the fall anyway. Sounds like we will be getting a flu and Covid booster this time (in the fall) here, though it’s advised for after having both jabs of the Covid vax, if it’s a two-j...
