Hey, no problem SpaceHero - just pulling your leg ;) By the way - where HAVE you been, man? Runaway Brain and The Prince And The Pauper all came out this past April in the new wave of Disney Treasures on DVD. Pick up Mickey Mouse In Living Color Volume 2 for those two brilliant featuress, in full 5....

Let us know how they do the aspect change. From what I understand, Imax films are shot "open matte", meaning that added picture information, as on some animation films, is present. It's the way some motion pictures are transferred to video, so that image is not lost left and right. Check out the fra...

And you just know that THAT's gonna happen.

I'd expect a sequel in around three years, once Disney's done with their Toy Story 3.

Edited a couple of posts here. Let's keep this on track people.

And Ed, please post your works on your own site (copyrighting something here is not only obnoxious, but also public domain). :)

John Henry didn't even get a proper release!

Finished in 2000, it sat on the shelf until it got bunged on the front of Return To NeverLand and the American Legends DVD in early 2002.

Hmmm... Yes, odd that we should be at odds over this one! :) I was just hoping that the move away from straight buddy pictures, starting with Nemo (which Stanton admitted they knew they were getting into a rut with and were trying to move away from) and especially with the Incredibles, obviously. Bu...

I'm just gonna stick with being disappointed and having the feeling that it's going to be the usual Pixar buddy fest. And since when should we start giving people the benefit of the doubt, when, frankly, there shouldn't BE any doubt! Then there's this "well, let's see how it turns out" lark. Have yo...

Re: Your thoughts about The Incredibles?

I'd go as far as to say this was not an animated film, but an action film that just happened to be in the animated genre. I get your sentiment, but animation is not a genre. :) Now, if you'd said "an action film that just happened to be animated", or "an animated film that just happened to be in th...

Just saw this at the site link, and not that impressed. This is the first Pixar film that doesn't exist in a "believable" world. I mean, the Toy Stories had moving toys in an everday world, Bug's Life had insects in an everyday world, Monsters were imaginary characters that lived in THEIR everyday w...
