Your Welcome :) I’m sure McD employees get the toys before anyone else does but I got the impression from reading the blog that those toys came with the happy meals they purchased.

I don’t know but suspect that some small town McD’s aren’t sticklers for releasing the toys on exact dates.

I agree Meg. It's too bad the audio wasn't working on the video.

Also, according to the following link (May 30th post) it says James Baxter team ("Enchanted" ++ fame) worked on the opening sequence of the movie.

I love the clip on the front page but why are so many clip/trailers of the movie being shown. If you see all them I get the distinct feeling you've seen a lot of the movie already.

I think DreamWorks marketing department does this kind of thing way to much in my opinion.

I know this is about Madagascar (the original) but it's related so I thought to put the Blu-ray announcement here. I think I'll include it on my list after I buy the PlayStation 3 towards the end of the year.

Meg, Yes, I’m familiar with the Rudolph special and I see now that I was aware of some of Rankin/Bass works  Thanks for the education.

Ben, I'm not familiar with Rankin/Bass works but if it looks anything like Presto then I’m sure it’s really good.

The next Pixar short which will be shown in front of "Wall-E" is called "Presto is Magic". The short sounds hilarious and I believe Pixar has another classic on its hands. I don’t know if it’s just me but does anybody think the characters look similar to Aardman's characters? Here is the link to the...

Here are some additional stills from the movie.

Note: I know we've seen some of these before but there are some new ones that have never been shown before (I think). I especially like the ones where you see Po exercising.

The scene in the 2nd trailer where Panda sits on Tai-Lung’s face is hilarious.
