http://tmnt.warnerbros.com/ Finally there's actual meat to this site. A lot of stuff is still "Coming Soon," but it's nice to see actual stuff on this thing now. The transitions are fun, too. Hope this means the marketing machine will finally start picking up speed. I've been reading some other "set...

But who will voice Garfield? His voice back in the '80s was perfect...

At least it won't be Bill Murray. Not too sure about the CG... the style in which Garfield is drawn would look strange in three dimensions, I think. :\

Agreed. I might even alter that a bit and say

"Any studio needs any potty-themed movie like a hole in the head."

Bathroom humor is probably the biggest movie turn-off for me.

Well, a PG-13 won't happen. The article said so. The hope is that restriction only applies to this movie... and that they might be given a little more leeway if it's successful (especially if it proved to be more successful amongst the older crowd who grew up on the Turtles). May still not happen, ...

I agree with a lot of you - I enjoyed "Real Gone" much more than "Our Town." It fits well in the movie, but I don't usually find myself craving to listen to it on its own. The former, on the other hand... :P

A part of me wishes it was PG-13, though...Maybe for the sequel. :P I'm hoping for that, too. Both for the existence of a sequel and the PG-13. The "Return to New York" storyline from the comics would probably be a great one for that. And I want to see Leatherhead... the real Leatherhead who is the...

http://www.superherohype.com/news/tmntnews.php?id=5133 I thought this was an interesting interview. I swear, the closer it gets to March 23, the more excited I'm getting for this movie. The (junior) novelization has been released, and based on the reactions of fellow TMNT fans who broke down and rea...

I'm all for a kickawesome score. :D I'm still a little wary, but if anyone can do it, it'll probably be Pixar.

Well, at least the "Pixar vs. Dreamworks" monster won't arise over the actual competition. :P Though I have to admit I'm surprised. I enjoyed Over the Hedge at least as much as Cars, and it appealed to a lot of people who didn't find the same enjoyment in Cars that others did. I might rant about the...

Even if it's an effort that ends up bombing (which I doubt), to see Pixar try an experiment like this is refreshing to me. It smacks more of "art" and less of "effort to make money," though I know at its core it's both. :P Even silent films had dialogue cards. A few (especially Charlie Chaplin) went...

Sounds like I've been misunderstood again. :P Parts of Spirit worked very well. But I have a friend who put it very well when she said that it's basically a bunch of horse stories she's read, thrown into a single movie. ** (spoiler warning, just in case there are still some who haven't seen the movi...

Well, I think the plot in Spirit was nothing to write home about... but I really did like that the horses didn't talk, even to each other. I'm just saying there's a small step between that and being totally dialogue free. And Pixar might be able to pull it off. Spirit scored two out of three on my u...

Yeah, it sounded a bit outrageous to me... hence my rant peppered with disclaimers. :P I might jump off something not very high if it really did happen, though.
