Yeah, I love "Anything Goes!" I had a cinema studies book that had photos from the opening scenes. The message of that song is basically the theme of the picture. Love the part with the bugs, the snakes, the human sacrifice (ewwwww  ), as well as the whole sequence in the starving Indian vill...

This article describes this show and its VERY offensive content. If you are easily shocked, you probably shouldn't read this.
This show is seriously sick and in my opinion, the creators should be in jail.

I've actually come around on this show a little, I still find a lot of it tasteless and a shameless rip-off of the The Simpsons but it does make me laugh a lot sometimes...especially Stewie! "Victory is mine!" I loved the episode when they all got powers a la Fantastic Four. Very weird, surreal! Tha...

The only thing that bothred were the lemurs, who were basically a one-trick comedy act and easily outstayed their welcome, unlike the penguins who wre used more sparingly and therefore more fresh and funny everytime they came back I agree about the Lemurs. It was like: OK, they're crazy party anima...

About the Holocaust references in the film, I thought Spielberg did a great job of evoking it without banging us over the head with it/ bordering on tasteless exploitation *cough X-Men I cough* The whole theme of being hunted and exterminated, looking for a place to hide, the ongoing terror, was so...

BUT: Temple Of Doom was a rich, multi-layered score. Each of the Raiders films have the main theme (of course) and one main "romantic" theme. Temple Of Doom added a new twist which allowed the secondary theme to be played against the Raiders March. This not only adds to a theme we had become used t...

I would love that, yes, (that's the only good thing about this whole mess) but I can't stand the thought that those four movies that brought back animation in the first place will continue to be promoted again and again w/out ever mentioning the man who was responsible for their quality....I'm sorry...

Best John Williams Score
I would have to say E.T. It got the Oscar too. Schindler's List runs a close second. (also got the Oscar.) I guess you HAVE to mention Indiana Jones and Star Wars next. If I had to pick one over the other I'd have to say SW. (Empire Strikes back probably.) Indy is good too, but SW is an achievement ...

Ahh, but he's also a consultant, which means that he'll be listened too. Plus, Iger wouldn't have gone to the trouble just to have him around and not use him. Roy will be back, as I say, front and center as company spokesman and the face of Disney. Yes, it's an honorary position, but this is a titl...
