I was at Elstree Studios over the weekend and heard a LOT of Indy rumors from people "close to production". I can't say a lot for breaking their confidence, but 3D is certainly an option. The only thing that could scupper that is that they are DEFINITELY shooting on FILM, which is Spielberg's choice...

JB was animated to 1.37:1 negative, meaning that it was cropped in theaters, with the top and bottom sliced off (don't worry, it was framed with that in mind). I think since theatrical shorts get so much exposure on TV compilation shows, or indeed as "episodes" as they now call them, in their own blocks, they can get away with it, and true to say it's nice them supporting these releases.
