you know. I've been thinking. Everybody's saying, when going over the cast, how well James Marsden portrays this dumb bland Disney prince so well. And I have to say he is indeed excellent. but..... wich Disney prince was so brainless? who is he based on? Snow White's Prince is absent. As is Cinderel...

I was sort of torn on Begins. Part of me loved it for its kick ass storytelling and acting. It definitely felt fresh, like a new start. however, the "re-inventing" of the look and feel of the series felt incredibly forced to me. Like it was trying really, really hard to make us forget about the homo...

maybe NT2 is going to stink and Disney hopes this way it will at least get some good word of mouth?

anyway, the short looks awesome. I loved the preview clip of Goofy shopping for big screen TV's. they were insanely huge. the short is gonna be an instant classic, no doubt.

I've got definite opinions about Disney... As good as their animated features generally were in certain short eras (1937-1941, 1950-1959, and 1989-1994 I always find it funny when people list these years. As if everything outside of those time frames was below par and everything in it was amazing. ...

thanks for sharing. And you're SO right. I love how he is now trying to spin Ratatouille into a flop. Remember how he said, The Simpsons Movie was gonna make more than Ratatouille in 10 days after its release. well, I'm still waiting for that to happen. Meanwhile, the Rat is steeming along in full f...

Um... Pixar discs: I like how he covers himself in case they release 2-disc editions in future, even though the emphasis for Disney is solely on Blu-Ray now. Shorts: Even though he uses the poster we debuted here on the site as an illustration, he still calls the Goofy short by it's old name...

Finally saw this yesterday.

It was pretty lame. The human animation continues to be pretty awkward. Dreamworks, it's 2007. Get with the time.

Story was lame. Justin Timberlake was awful beyond words. His character was also an ugly design. It was just... awful.

I don't recall ever being this intriguedby a Pixar teaser. They're usually very dull. I for one was not bothered by the self-congratulatory intro. I thought it was pretty neat. Studios use this "from the creators of" all the time. This was kinda different. And outside of us animation fans and filmfa...

I LOVED the season finale, Meet the Quagmires.

Brian singing that Rick Astley song was just brilliant. Peter bumping into the chicken, the jetsons gag, Peter dancing to Beverly Hills Cop... I could go on and on, this episode made me laugh out loud all the way.

I think this debunks the Cars 2 in 2009 rumor: Pixar's 2009 film will be called "Up". not sure what this is yet, but I know there've been non stop rumors going on about the 2009 gap in Pixar's release slate. According to Boxofficemojo.com, that gap has been filled by a movie called Up. I'm assuming ...

Pixar's "Up"

not sure what this is yet, but I know there've been non stop rumors going on about the 2009 gap in Pixar's release slate. According to Boxofficemojo.com, that gap has been filled by a movie called Up. I'm assuming this is the next project from Monsters, Inc. director Pete Docter. http://www.boxoffic...
