Speaking of which, learn more about the new weekday morning show, Toon In With Me, from the cartoon curator himself, Bill Leff!

Re: New Disney Streaming Service: Disney+

I'm one of the first to complain about censorship and over-the-top political correctness. But if all they've truly done is basically re-rate several shows that were originally considered G to PG, that's not terribly inconvenient or concerning. What about Hunchback? Even putting aside any issues abou...

Re: Coronavirus (Covid-19)

Nice! My wife got her second dose a couple of weeks ago. So even though I don't have mine yet, it's nice to know 25% of our household is now unlikely to get it!

Re: Coronavirus (Covid-19)

The new program will bring its own issues, unfortunately. Especially not looking forward to the vaccine being nationalized! Of course no plan will be perfect, but better to let local areas decide what will work best for them rather than having what works in New York forced on us all.

Ah, outside the first teaser I didn’t watch any ads. I hate being spoiled!

Re: Avengers and the MCU

...Much like the themes, the attention to detail of each era is spot on. I noticed so many little nods. There was a notable step up in production values when it transitioned to 60s with the second episode. The resolution became clearer, camera angles became more free, the fashion attire, and of cou...

Re: Disney's Encanto!

Let’s not rush to move on from Circle 7 discussion so fast. Our article here on AV about it is still one of our most linked to to this day! Obviously there’s still a lot of interest, relatively speaking, for a topic this old. https://animatedviews.com/2012/bob-hilgenberg-and-rob-muir-on-the-rise-and...

Re: The NEW Muppet Movie

When the clock strikes midnight this New Year’s, The Great Gatsby and other works copyrighted in 1925 will enter the public domain, becoming freely available for re-publication and — most importantly — puppet-themed adaptation. More than anything in 2021, I need the Muppet version of The Great Gats...

Re: Coronavirus (Covid-19)

I never eat in my vehicle... I didn't either... until Covid! I'm too freaked out to eat in restaurant dining rooms, but don't always want to drive all the way back home after getting food to go, letting it get cold. It'll be one of those things that sucks now but I'll probably reminisce about when ...

Re: Coronavirus (Covid-19)

Well, that's the beauty of the idea. You turn on the heat and stay in the car! The car rental part came about because eating fast food in our tiny cars the past nine months has been a pain, and I couldn't imagine having to eat something that required forks in them! Side benefit is it made it seem sl...

Re: Coronavirus (Covid-19)

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary this week. I have a fear of water but she loves it so decided to surprise her with something she never thought we'd get to do together: a Disney cruise. I signed up for it about a month before Covid hit... oops. So instead of being in the Caribbe...
