Media Magic

Post by Jérémie » December 15th, 2006, 12:16 am

Hello everyone!

Let me introduce myself to you.
I'm a French teacher and journalist, fan of Disney (I was a contributor specialized in Disney for the first European film music magazine, and now contributor to Didier Ghez's Walt's People project).

I created a blog, http://www.media-magic.blogspot.com which is devoted to Disney news, told by the creators themselves.

I treat all domains of the Walt Disney Company, from movies to parks.

My last article is an extensive interview of Randy Newman (done just before the Frog Princess changes) about his work on Cars.

If you can read French or if you can use Google's translation tools, please, feel free to visit my site.
This is no advertising since it's not my job. Just a labor of love, in order to share my passion with others, Disney fans just like you!

So, hope to see you soon on Media Magic!

Thanks for reading and visiting!

A new article today on Media Magic!
The extensive interview of Harry Gregson Williams, composer of the score of Narnia.
Since the score for the new extended version is just a new editing of the original music, there is no allusion to it in the article. But all the secrets of this wonderful music are treated there!
May Aslan protect you!

Hi everyone and happy new year!

Leroy & Stitch is released today on dvd, and for the occasion I did an interview of director Tony Craig (who also directed Stitch the movie, and series like Lilo & Stitch, House of Mouse, 101 Dalmatians and Timon & Pumbaa.
It's now published on my site.
Again, it's in French, but feel free to use google's translation tools.

I hope you'll enjoy it as I enjoyed talking with this great guy.
Following in a few days, interviews of Leroy's composer JAC Redford, and some interviews of Lilo & Stitch creators, Chris Sanders, Dean DeBlois, Clark Spencer and Andreas Deja, as a tribute to the original film.

Aloha cousins!

Welcome to Animated News and Views, Philharmagic! It's nice to have you here. :)

Oh, how I wish I could read/speak French better. I'm learning at the moment, so when I get fluent at speaking and writing it, I'll take a look at your blog. I'm not sure how the Google/Blogger translators work, either. Other than that, nice blog! You sure do alot of extensive research, from the looks of it.

Interviews of Lilo & Stitch creators Chris Sanders, Dean DeBlois and Clark Spencer are published today on Media Magic. I did it originally in 2002 for a French magazine, but the release of Leroy and Stitch was a good occasion for a little nostalgia, isn't it?

Wow -- those were some nice, long articles! They look great, even though I can't read them. (snigger)

Keep up the good work! :D
