Nah...OK maybe it was too vague, so here's some more hints

The character speaking is not an Earthling

He smokes a cigar

He's addressing his goons

And it was a live/action-animation combo film.

BTW, notice the widescreen format - there aren't too many animated features made in this particular aspect ratio :roll:
