Ah! :idea: .. it's from The Venture Brothers ..

Baron Ünderbheit, to Catclops, Girl Hitler and Manic 8-Ball, in the episode Home Insecurity. A funny scene, with a great punchline: "Oooooh .. Tiger Bomb!"

Minor quibble with one of your hints: It's "Brisby-Land", not "Busby-Land" .. the character's name is Busy Bee, but the creator's name is Roy Brisby (a thinly-disguised parody of Walt Disney .. but whose appearance slightly resembles Don Bluth)

Having 'stumped' this board with quotes a couple of times .. I've found it's usually best to provide 'hints' once or twice per day, with each successive hint becoming more specific .. in order to keep the game 'moving'. :idea:

That said, this was a good quote, from a fun episode in an excellent TV series!

Like most of the folks 'venturing' guesses above, it had sounded somewhat 'familiar' when I'd first read it .. but I definitely needed your 'hints' to 'jog' my memory ..

When he said "butterflies" for a hint, I thought of Mike, Lu and Og since one of the characters on that series was always chasing them (I think). As for Droosan's quote, is it from "The Road To El Dorado"?
