If you've HEARD of them...it's usually fan-casting.

Captain America 4 has been retitled. Formerly known as New World Order, it will now bear the title Brave New World:

Sounds more like a Pokémon film now.

Either one is a cliche, but the new one does sound friendlier.

Actually, combining them would sound more original, and still friendlier!

Only a couple of days now! Hopefully it’ll explain how Stan got his power to grow more hair the older he got…! ;)

I'm kind of worried what this might lead to...

It sounds worrisome for those poor, overworked visual effects artists.

How is this taking jobs away from VFX artists?
The opening credits were produced by Method Studios, which previously worked on Marvel shows including Ms. Marvel, Loki, and Moon Knight.
Method Studios is a VFX studio! Method Studios VFX artists created the opening credits using AI tools. Therefore VFX artists had jobs creating the opening credits!

This is like complaining that Adobe After Effects is taking jobs away from VFX artists.

I think maybe, from what I understand, this was created by two people at Method, using AI, in a matter of days, as opposed to a small team of four to six working two or three weeks.

This is only roughly based on what I’ve heard and how long these things can usually take, though obviously that kind of thing can go up and down in time and team size. But that’s still a vast difference between giving several people something to do for a given period, over just a couple of people for far less.

Better for the studios, yes of course, and it does *sound* like, yes, a VFX studio "worked" or developed the titles. But far fewer people worked for far less time on it. That’s the loss of man (and woman!) hours and jobs.

It’ll be interesting to see how this plays out and if AI will be seen as "just" another toolset, or if the speed of it will actually have a much wider-ranging impact on things like this, where an entire army of FX artists (y'know, those vast chunks of names in the credits of big blockbusters) are reduced to maybe ten people, even though it’ll still say VFX by ILM, or Weta, or Method.

Just as CG made the likes of Phil Tippett and vast amounts of physical model makers extinct, the clear worry is that you won’t need the people to spend time and create amazing visual effects when the software can basically create its own…

How did I miss that Secret Invasion's first episode had dropped? I honestly thought it began last week. And I call myself a fan of the MCU.

Well they needed *something* cute/funny/weird in the marketing to get us even a little bit excited about this movie…! ;)
