I think you mean "chances", so if so, "yes", that's specifically why it's been released theatrically in LA. Whether it stands a serious chance is, well, very unlikely, but at least the additional number of films like this might push the number of expected entries into the race higher, from three to five.
I actually read a few good reviews for the film, or "fair" reviews at least, and would look forward to seeing it. No doubt it will turn up on DVD as a "premiere" in a few months time.

hmmm.. this looks looks like Dogs don't dance or something..but that's just me...
though with Bolt and Beverly hills... would this get a wide american release?
the public might be dog-tired by the time this and Bolt comes out...*shrugs*

Yo, star! Long time no see!
I really can't get over how stiff and lifeless the animation in this film looks. The trailer really makes it look like a very long video game cutscene.
