"You smoke like my grandmother" — that won’t be in there! ;)

He says "me", but you're right. I guess they could change it to "you shoot pool like me grandmother". ;)

Well, authentically, the line would be said, "You shoot pool like me granmudda!" ;)

Replace "Yuh" with "You" and you got it. ;)

Also, I'm guessing Lampwick's donkey transformation will be played more for humor and money-CGI, and not that great scary Lon Chaney transformation from the original that traumatized a generation (in a good way).

Seriously, I've seen the scene included in Great Horror Moments of the 30's compilations...

It must be scary that it transcends a decade prior!

Here (throws the Anal-Retentive Boys some toilet paper and Ex-Lax):
30's = 1931-1940...Where were you during the Millennium?

See, this was my thinking, and I should have stuck with it. Unfortunately, the wider view seems to have changed since then: I got pretty eye-rolly when we got all those "end of the decade" lists in 2019. "But we have another year to go!" I said. "Nobody cares", they said. Seems we have shifted back a year so that decades make up a nice and neat, 0 to 9, as is customary in the current state of our dumbed-down society. Kind of makes sense, but not really. However, given this, howsabout we play splitsies and say Pinocchio ends the decade *and* kicks off the 1940s...?

While the decade DID begin in 1931, it seems to make sense that the "1930s" was a "decade in time" that encompassed 1930-1939.

Oy, here we go again... :)

That's how I looked at it. But whatevs.

Will be interesting to see how they go about the donkey transformation. They don't really excel with key moments!

Luke Evans will portray another Disney baddie, he's landed the role of the Coachman:

Talk about a sexy makeover.

Or...rather more of a "hey, we’ve used him before in the Modern Disney Rep Company and he just gets on and does the job, so let’s just use him again"... ;)

In all honesty, and not trying to sound too negative, but he just doesn’t look very scary. :?
