Will be interesting to see how it translates. Basic plot is it's a dog who's body died and cop who's head dies so they sew the dogs head onto the body. He's also non-verbal.

Oh…kay…!

In somewhat related news, anyone heard about this Orion And The Dark? It’s apparently a full-fledged DreamWorks Animation movie that just premiered on Netflix!? Hadn’t heard about that! Bizarre that Universal would be making films for a rival streamer, but then 'Flix has a remaining relationship with DWA and streaming as a business still has a ways to go before the kinks are ironed out. That said, it did make my head spin a "wait what?" when I saw that pop up just now.

Also The Tiger's Apprentice, which was on our calendar for a long time just released the same week on Netflix from Paramount.

Yeah, dark and tiger were big screen movies at one point but netflix is not known as the animation "theater killer" for nothing.

Oops! Oh, yeah…Percy from Smallfoot!

Bet everyone else had pretty much forgotten about this too, once it fell off the schedule. If only we could also get back Me And My Shadow…

I would say there's hope now! According to Variety, B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations, which was also shelved a few years ago, has been revived and set to release later this year:
Variety wrote:35 Rashida Jones - 'In the Blink of an Eye'
Rashida Jones has impressed many years with rousing acting turns in "On the Rocks" and "Celeste and Jesse Forever." Under the thumb of director Andrew Stanton (his first live-action outing since the disaster "John Carter" in 2012), this sci-fi drama, which follows three intertwined stories that explore the universe's history, is rumored to be quite strong. Also starring Kate McKinnon and Daveed Diggs, this will be one of two outings for the actress, who will also have a voice role in DreamWorks Animation's "B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations" due out later in 2024.
Hopefully that's true!
