Yeah, that would have been great! :)

Maybe he could have re-used the famous line from STM: “Don’t talk….just fly!” :P

Donner also picked Bonnie Beecher for "Come Wander with Me". Another great Zone.

They always do--Drives the rest of us fans nuts having to explain it every single time. :? )

I was even contemplating whether or not to post, but thought maybe it would be different this time. So much for that...

The channel doing the colorization recently uploaded "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet":

In this instance, there's really no benefit since we really only see the inside of the airplane. And because of that, their skin tones are really washed out. Still cool though, but not in the same league as the other two I posted.

Talky Tina in color (I think from the same channel you posted, Dan.)

It loses a little in the colorization, in my opinion.

If they ever re-make Zone into an anthology movie again, I think Tim Burton should do TT! :)

Different channel, but looks to be done in the same fashion. Tina's dress wasn't having it!

I have a feeling Tim's rib-nudging pop-culture self-indulgence would make Joe Dante's version of "It's a Good Life" look like Jim Jarmusch... :?

Beautiful moment from the quite underrated Kick the Can segment of The Movie:

Beautiful, depressing, touching.

It just bothers me that much of Goldsmith’s music for this film isn’t available…the actual “Best of” Jerry Goldsmith album only has highlights from this film’s score. A lot is missing unfortunately. :(

On the Blu, looks like the release date is October 26. But yeah, I knew they would re-release the series again. That will be the one I go for.

Just a repackaging, most likely, unless they actually offer less material than before. Looks like nothing new, not that it needed anything else. The original Blu-ray releases were already outstanding. But the new price is great.
