We Don't Talk About Bruno's... voice actor. John Leguizamo must've been busy as he's absent.

I swear there must be some kind of curse on the song We Don't Talk About Bruno that prevents the song ever being performed live with all of the original voices present.

We don't talk about Leguizamo.

To be fair, he’s a slightly more, er, "established" actor than almost anyone else in Encanto, and probably is actually genuinely busy on another project.

Along with Hoskins, he was one of the few good things in that film, which was not his fault. He and Hoskins actually had great chemistry.

He was also very good in the action thriller Executive Decision, as well as the Vietnam drama Casualties of War (with Michael J. Fox).

Also just fyi that “barrio” line really isn’t funny. :|
You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

And Disenchanted, thankfully. ;)

Amazing that the "purer" Disney stuff is what is hitting most, and that thankfully D+ isn’t getting swamped by Star Wars and Marvel stuff, as much as they keep promoting and ramming those aspects diwn our throats. And look at Toy Story! Bet we can expect more content from that universe given the continued popularity (no doubt spurred a bit by returning to it after Lightyear).

Er, I THINK Danny-boy was obsessively passive-hostility pursuing the injustice of certain radical heretical beliefs that Moana had a shorter memory shelf-life with its fans than other 10's-Renaissance pictures, no matter how many hail-Mary attractions Disney is trying to build at the parks to remind the audience that it existed. :P

And yes, no matter how much a studio-owned streaming service dedicates itself to trying to merchandise its own original-series IP, if you advertise a Disney streaming service, people will subscribe to it expecting to see Disney movies.
And even then, the public's perception is still that streaming has replaced cable-TV surfing and Blockbuster rentals, not the DVD market, so if the kids want to see Frozen II for the Nth time (or Home Alone, because, y'know, Christmas), or if you missed The Eternals in theaters, because duhh, it's just easier, is all.

Nnnno. (National Geographic doc.) Followed by "Generation YouTube", because they don't want to offend anyone with the M-word.

Although, yeah, you'd THINK they'd own the 90's Fox TV-movie by now...

10's and 90's what…? ;)

I know what Dan's point was. Mine was just that less than a month after release Disenchanted is more "forgotten" than Moana. Or, er, probably, the original Enchanted!

Disenchanted made me decide to never watch a "Disney+ Exclusive" ever again. These are just the new DTV movies. In fact, I plan to cancel my subscription next June.

Lady And The Tramp wasn’t *bad*, and Rescue Rangers was just so randomly bizarre it kind of defies explanation, but pretty much all else originally-intended Originals have left me feeling less than magical.
