Hey, finally, it's--oh, sorry, read too fast, it's "The Ghost & Molly McGee" and "The Chicken Squad". Darn, thought we had something there. :(

The Ghost & Molly McGee looks like a fun show .. but I can't help but think of 'Fibber', every time I see the title.

You know, even for "free" I just can’t seem to muster any enthusiasm for Black Widow…! :(
Black Widow was a lot of fun. It didn't have the baggage a lot of other Marvel movies have where it's advancing a larger story, so it's allowed to be its own thing. If it had come our when it was supposed to right after the end of the Infinity Saga it would have been a nice little cool-down story before we moved on to the next phase. But after a two year delay with no other Marvel movies released, it's instead being looked at as the beginning of a new chapter and not standing up well to the role since it was never meant to be that.

Oh, I will get around to watching it, but it just doesn’t feel too essential…?

I watched it last night and I would highly recommend it. I was a bit iffy about it in general cause I'm not really one of those people who like spy movies and 'martial art' fighting. But the script has some very clever lines that I feel were written for my opinion about Natasha (and Clint) being superheroes which I enjoyed. in fact, the humor was one of the major highlights of the film. This is one MCU film I would happily sit down and re-watch.

You also finally find out about what happened in Budapest.

That's exactly my point! It's not burdened with having to be essential like every other Marvel film. It was supposed to be a light dessert after the heavy main course of Infinity War.

There are some plot issues with it, but since this story won't really weigh too heavily in the next phase of the MCU, it's ok to just let is slide and enjoy the ride.

I enjoyed Black Widow well enough.

In several scenes, it plays like a 'slightly-dysfunctional' version of The Incredibles.

I like that. I think it's at its best when the family is the focus. Once we get to the big battle scenes at the end it becomes just an average Marvel movie.

Also known as the point where my brain switches off from paying attention to what is happening, cause it's basically all happening in a computer. This is not just a Marvel thing, it's basically every Hollywood action blockbuster. The stakes are so low when you know that the majority of what you are watching was created on a computer. It's much easier for me to invest in an action scene when I can tell the actors are actually being thrown about the space. It feels more real.

Poor Olaf would melt in Hawaii without the snowy cloud thing that follows him everywhere! (Oh that’s right Frozen 2 nixed it. )
You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

The flurry effect proved to be too difficult for the animators.
