Let’s hope there’s less filler episodes (roughly half!) than before...

It's 21st-cty. TV. Nobody writes "episodes" anymore, they write long serialized setups to a Shocking Season Finale.

Filler is now a fact of nature.

Why are people so against Premier Access? It's going to be either that or constantly postponing films for the next year or two. I'd rather have Premier Access than having nothing at all.

Well that’s great for you, but absolutely terrible for theatre chains and below the line talent that won’t get their residuals. Plus, you know, having to pony up when the likes of Netflix don’t ask for anything extra than the standard subscription rate, which is kind of the point. Note that Netflix are working on making their animated output compete with Disney...but they won’t be asking for more than what you pay each month.

♫ Trick or Treat, Trick or Treat, Trick or Treat for Halloween ♪ Wouldn't be Halloween without an annual viewing! So many memories.

Yeah, me loves that short too. Practically never a time goes by when I see or hear the term "trick or treat" and I don’t think of that jaunty little song!

For my week of Halloween viewing, there are some in-between cartoons that are annual traditions:
Bugs Bunny and Witch Hazel in "Broomstick Bunny", "Transylvania 6-5000", or the Pink Panther in "Pink Panic", and...now I don't have to go searching on YouTube to find Donald & his nephews, that isn't either sped-up or cut in half.

I would love disney plus to add disney's halloween treat (or it's longer version disney channel halloween)

Old school disney halloween specials. Is chucklewood ever around anymore today?
