I like the genre of late-60's G-rated over-budgeted big-studio kiddy musicals, just on the strength of Willy Wonka and Chitty/Bang, and want to like Doolittle for the sake of genre, but it betrays my trust every time.Ben wrote: January 10th, 2020, 7:06 pm Aw, c'mon...back in the early 80s when the Disney films and Sound Of Music were MIA on tape, the likes of Doolittle got us through some rough times, even if we even knew then that it wasn’t as good as the others
