Eh!?

If this gives away anything (and, TBH, I didn’t think it did, outside what we know about this anyway), it also asked a ZILLION new questions and posed loads of new what the heck moments too! Loved the first Sing and lapping up everything on this one — looks mega epic!

I much prefer this trailer to the ones for the first movie, which made the 'auditions' seem much more important to the plot than they'd turned out to be.

I agree with Ben; this didn't seem especially spoiler-heavy.

I loved the bit with Meena hiding behind her ears  .. Johnny's arc looks to be just as moving as before .. and Ash, as always, was awesome in every way. 8)

I'm still looking forward to Sing 2 .. but will likely wait till it hits streaming/home video. I'm not ready to chance movie theaters again, just yet. :|

Well, I always like to err on the side of caution... especially if one didn't watch the teaser or remember it! ;)

One thing I liked: *minor*
Nice to see Johnny's dad out of prison.

A Christmas-themed short aired during the Macy's Parade:

Lovely. Really heartfelt. Best of all they use Darlene Love's song "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)". It's not Christmas without Darlene!

NBC is airing the original tonight. Will likely include previews of the sequel.

A threequel is an early development:
Variety wrote:Meledandri is also “deep into development” on “Sing 3,” a new installment of his hit series about a group of animals competing in a talent competition. “It will involve characters from the original cast, but it will take us into a new world,” he said.

“We don’t just look at box office,” Meledandri says of the decision to make more “Sing” films. “We gauge the audience response in different ways. The streaming success of ‘Sing 2’ signals that fans want to stay in this world with these characters.”
I hope they bring back Mike.

I hope it returns to the charm of the first and is better than the empty, meandering second.
