No. I still liked it. It's just not as good as the first one.

Well that makes me feel better
.
What could ever beat the original? It was so funny, and hartwarming. I hope the sequel has the warmth to it, that the original had

The sequel has some major issues. Especially in the opening act. It is nowhere as good as the first one. Go in knowing that and just have fun. There are lots of really funny bits that make it enjoyable. You just wish they could've done something more with the great start they had.
And of course anytime Scrat is on screen is pure gold!

I think that Scrat actually plays a bigger role in the sequel.

I'll agree with everyone here in that Ice Age 2 wasn't nearly as good as the first. Scrat was awesome though.

Especially in the last scene.

Comingsoon.com has posted a MTR one sheet poster and a few more pics from the film. It's worth checking out.

Kinda interesting that 'Bowler-Hat Guy' is nowhere to be seen on the poster .. (though this is only the 'teaser'; I'm sure he'll turn up on one of the later sheets) ..
Another character I miss seeing is the wild-eyed lady with the 'Chrysler Building' hat. Of all the characters depicted in the stills from earlier this year, she was the one who made me wonder, "what's the story with
her ?!" (please note --
I don't want to know , until I see it in theaters!)
However, the poster is indeed gorgeous (as are the new stills), and I'm looking more forward than ever to seeing this next year.

I think I'll see it only because of that awesome looking hat guy.
