Such a positive review has me intrigued. I may be tempted to see this in theaters after all, when I get the chance...

6 days to go, and I'm looking forward to it more than ever, now!

Thanks for the spoiler-free review, chernabog! :)

It's been awhile since Disney's gotten my excited to see one of their movies, but I'm more keen to see this one than I have been to any Disney movie since, um, maybe Tarzan or Atlantis. I hope to see this one quite soon, as it looks like great fun.

woohoo I hope these positive reviews carry on. I bought the soundtrack today and I've realised it is very distinctly Elfman.

However I'm a little worried about the merchandise. I went into the Disney store today and there's only a few items like gadgets. No real toys or stationary or clothing and yet the Cars stuff is still going strong. hope there's gonna be some more out when the film goes on wide release Friday.

If the movie turns out to be a hit, the merchandise will be surely expanded

There actually is some pretty cool merchandising, including clothes.

I haven't seen anything in the stores yet. I can't for the life of me figure out why. I was told by my local Disney Store that the stuff had arrived and was in the back, and would be out this week.

My cell phone ringtone is the 'doorbell' sound effect from The Jetsons .. which is basically chimes to the tune of "Meet-George-Jet-so-o-o-on". It always gets laughs of recognition from whoever I happen to be near, when I get a call.
Isn't that also Animated News' chat room "so-and-so just came in" sound? :)

At times like this, I really wish Disneys website was better! :( Ugh, I need to go to my nearest Disney store, and pronto! Have to get my Tiny plushie to! :)
