Ben - Haha -- that's alright. I thought that you just might have accidentally forgotten about it, although -- in my mind -- that's almost impossible.... (snigger) ;)

Re: Children of Man

I'm officially excited now over this film. It sounds amazing, and I love Alfonso Cuaron's work to death! :)

It's 94% on RT!!!!!!

:) :)

Children Of Man...is that the thing with Clive Owen? Did you guys not get that yet? Wow, we had that here at the beginning of last year I think. And it stinks. :(

Each to his own, I guess.

I saw it yesterday. Nothing short of fantastic.

Hey, have you guys heard of this new film called "Epic Movie"? It looks kinda dumb but it basically makes fun of all those, uh, "epic" movies that have been coming out recently: Harry Potter, Pirates, Superman, etc...(like in Scary Movie)

It looks kind of dumb, the jokes are pretty obvious, but I AM SO SICK of "Epic" films (even though I love most of them) and all the hype that I'll see it anyway.

The funniest part is a Superman Returns parody when he gets hit in the eye with those bullets (instead of them bounding off) yells "Ow, my eye! " and falls off the roof of the building!

Here's the Apple trailer:

Wow! Crispin Glover as Willy Wonka?

That looks like a pretty expensive spoof, though an Epic Movie? I don't think so. "Blockbuster Movie" more like.

The looky-likies are almost spot on and very funny, and the SR bullet shot was quite amusing. Logical conclusion, but amusing.

Too many people simply being hit on the head, but this'll clean up without much else happening on screen this month.

But why Borat? Neither spoof or big blockbuster, and why spoof a spoof? Seems thrown in, but artistic contribution is probably the last thing on these guys' minds! ;)

Aha!! That is the funniest thing I have ever seen! I have seen a "cut" version of that trailer before, but never the whole thing. See, this is exactly what my sister and I do after we see a movie: we spoof it up. Some of the stuff in that trailer is stuff we would think up....

I've gotta see this movie! :D

I say the trailer a few weeks ago - yeah, looks silly, but seeing as it parodies so many movies I've seen and liked I'll have to watch it!

Ditto.

I've seen the commercials countless times, and have laughed at it time and time again. Looks very funny!

Mitch - haha, how funny, they stole your routines! :P

Ben - so true, why are they spoofing Borat? That was a spoof, in it itself. Ah well, I'm sure they'll make him twice as funny.

My favorite spoof thus far, is the Superman clip "my eye" haha.

What everyone has said is exactly how I feel. Also I totally agree with Ben about way too many people getting hit on the head, and the Borat thing was like "Huh?"

Still, I'll definetely see it. :)

Danny - I know -- how dare they! (snigger) Sometimes I think people are watching my sister and I -- stealing our ideas and putting them in movies.... :P

I will most likely be seeing this film, as well, save that it is not rated 'R'.
