I watch the colorized version every so often... use to air on cable a few years back. Fun in a curiosity way. I definitely prefer the black and white version as it adds that nostalgic factor and artistically, it brings an undercurrent of melancholy that helps reflect George's increasing unhappiness with his lot in life.
