YouTube Goodness
Re: YouTube Goodness
Fun! Reminds me of a Lucasfilm montage I cut once, where I melded in the Emperor attacking Luke in that scene with the Ark going ballistic and killing the Nazis at the end of Raiders. John Williams' music score meshed in well between the two, too.
Even short, this again just shows what good comic timing can do for a comedy when the performers have it. I saw a clip of the new GB film and it was so unfunny, with a complete lack of chemistry between the team, that any doubts about it being crap were instantly blown away.

Walt and the Sherman brothers sing "There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow"
Re: YouTube Goodness
Lovely footage. You can hear Walt's breathing complications, though. So sad to think at the height of his reach and influence that he would be gone within two years of this.
Re: YouTube Goodness
Dick Van Dyke singing Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at a Denny's:
"Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift--that is why it's called the present."
Re: YouTube Goodness
Gonna be a sad, sad day when that magical man leaves us. Terrific!

Re: YouTube Goodness
You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!
Re: YouTube Goodness
Always got me how they spent the effort to remove Jerry to paint him over with Stewie but didn't replace the reflection. Obviously there were TV budget limitations in play, but this was such a crazy idea and a clip that's been so well seen since that it's kind of a shame they went to so much trouble and didn't bother, or weren't able, to go the whole hog.
Still, it's a pretty cool concept and pulled off pretty well!

Donald Trump & Vladimir Putin sing a song from the heart about their favorite subject: Themselves.
Re: YouTube Goodness
I know I posted this years ago but just thought I'd post it again for the heck of it.
. And because I love it sooooooo much.
Best fake trailer EVER:

BTW kind of random but James Mcavoy did once say in an interview that if a Thundercats movie was ever made he'd love to play Lion-O. Sounds good to me!

Re: YouTube Goodness
That it existed at all is coolness enough. This just makes it better:

Re: YouTube Goodness
Love that.

Re: YouTube Goodness
Also, one New England police department's perfect-sarcasm response to the current goofy "Creepy-Clown Sighting" fad (that you just know a hundred would-be hoots are going to break laws trying to jump in on):

Re: YouTube Goodness
I thought it was silly but then I started to giggle uncontrollably...

Re: YouTube Goodness
If Disney were to ever dredge up the "Willie the Operatic Whale / The Whale Who Wanted to Sing at the Met" segment from Melody Time as a 'cartoon-to-live-action' conversion, it'd probably look a lot like that.
