Lol! :) Maybe I will...

(Still, can’t believe he sold his teleporter at a garage sale for forty-seven cents or whatever it was! And to Homer of all people!)

True. Plus, I can see the cheap price: After all it “only transports matter.” :P

What if Homer had been a Sith Lord?

I don’t know why, but for me the funniest part is when he fades away at the end. Lol :P

I think that’s just a fade out, Vi...! :?

If that voice is synthesized, though, then that’s a pretty awesome but ultimately scary indicator of where audiovisual deep fakes could start going next...

Agreed. However, it's missing that human touch which makes it sound monotone. Long as doesn't learn to emote!

Yeah, a lot of the other ones on his channel actually have way more nuance than the Homer one and are a lot more convincing: (especially the Kylo Ren explains the Original Trilogy ones.)

(This might fit better on the Star Wars thread. :))

Kevin Michael Richardson to take over voicing Dr. Hibbert. He's a talented voice actor no doubt, but he has such a distinctive voice that all his characters tend to sound the same.

I do "love" how the article headline here makes Matt's quote sound more "racist" than it actually is:

"Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift--that is why it's called the present."

Also kinda weird that Hibbert is even focused on nowadays...isn’t it kind of awkward since he was originally conceived as a sort of Bill Cosby knockoff?
