I’m hoping this does well. Even if it is focusing on Merida for some reason (someone Tolkien didn’t even name in the texts), but hey, she at least looks like a cool character.
But WB isn’t marketing it at all. I know anime in general has a large but still niche audience in the states, but there should be a chance for some level of success here with the LOTR name and everything.
